2019-2020 RESOLUTION: Should the State of Georgia increase spending on recycling programs or require companies to use more sustainable consumer packaging?
Note: The elementary resolution covers both the affirmative team’s and the negative team’s area of argumentation. The main issue that the debaters should be talking about are solutions for Georgia’s waste management. The affirmative team will advocate that recycling should be the way that Georgia takes care of its waste. The negative team will advocate that more sustainable consumer packaging should be the way that Georgia takes care of its waste.
