Intermediate Debate Skills
This section of the coach curriculum focuses on what junior varsity middle school and high school debaters should learn. “What Is an Intermediate Debater?” explains the difference between a novice/beginning and intermediate policy debater, along with what to consider when determining whether a student is ready to compete in junior varsity debates. The rest of the areas in this section include content overviews and lesson plans for skills intermediate debaters should learn.
